It depends. Please use following method to calculate.
Devide the capacity of your phone's battery (in mAh) by the output performance of the A-solar charger (in mA). The outcome will tell you what the approximate charging time of your device is.

Example:
- Samsung Galaxy S3
- Capacity: 2100mAh
- Power Bank 7000
- Capcity : 7000mAh
- Output: 1A (=1000mA) @ 5V
2100mAh / 1000mA = 2.1 hours
